Another Term over!!

I'm soooooo excited! I just completed another term in Nursing School. I must admit that although I only had three courses this term it was probably my toughest yet! I am actually starting to see myself as a real NURSE now, and it's a pretty amazing feeling. I always knew that I would be a nurse someday but to think that I'm only 2 years away form achieving makes me kind of giddy with excitement!! hehe!!

But, I can't relax yet because next week starts a 4 week intercession semester. I'm spending 20 days in the Maternity/Labor and Delivery Unit of the hospital. I feel that I'm ready but I won't actually know until I get in there. There are no exams but still lots to learn and I look at each experience as just that - a learning opportunity for me! At 35 years of age, I cannot afford not to! LOL

I HAVE to do this!! I'm too far into it to stop now...and anyway, I don't want to stop. I want to prove to myself that I am smart enough to get a degree and I especially want to be a good role model for my girls!

So here's to studying hard and acheving what you put your mind to!! That's my little inspirational message for today!!

My Funk LOs!!!

I just recently completed a FUNK IT UP game on Scrap Forums . Although I did not win anything from it I did end up creating some of my BEST LOs ever! My style even changed in the process and I'm pleased with everything I created! Nicole posted the most AWESOME challenges ever!! Here are my LOs!!
